2010 U.S.L.A. Regional Junior Lifeguard Championships
I regret to
inform you of the passing of lifeguard supervisor Arthur
Harmon. Arthur has lifeguarded and saved lives along the
Jersey Shore for almost 50 years with stops and supervision
roles at Avon, Belmar, Seacrest Beach, Manasquan and Sea
Girt with his two sons. He touched, taught, gave insight and
saved so many lives as a Physical Education teacher, Coach,
Driver Ed Instructor, Soccer and Basketball Official, Ski
Patroller, Lifeguard, Husband, Father and grandfather. He
loss is irreplaceable.
"Beach
Two" has made his final rescue.
